Hello.

These are the adventures of a dad-to-be.

My name is Alex Young and my wife, Rajwant, and I are due to have our first baby in April 2007. This site is intended as a point of contact where images and tales can be distributed.

When I say “we”, I mean my wife and I.

I am not using it in the royal way that might be used if the queen was expecting. In no way should this blog be mistaken for the blog of the queen. In fact I’m fairly sure that Queen Elizabeth II is not expecting a child; I think that we can be sure of that. However, of course if she is expecting and would like to announce it first on this blog then she’d be more than welcome to do so.

But for now we’ll just leave it as the queen is not expecting a baby but we are.

By “we” I mean my wife and I.

Not that I am having the baby of course; I’m sure you understand that . My role in this is that of the father, the dad-to-be, or perhaps in txt language dad2b. My name is Alex and we (we= me, yummy mummy and Lentil) live in the wonderful cathedral city of Durham in North East England.
